All buildings are finished to a high standard, with nominal 16mm tongue and grooved roofs and floors as standard with an option to upgrade to heavy duty nominal 22mm floorboards.

Cladding is also nominal 16mm as standard with optional nominal 22mm premier cladding or nominal 19mm log lap effect cladding at an additional cost of just 20%

Buildings are pre treated with a Red Cedar or Chestnut Brown colour water based wood preservative as standard, with re-treating reccomended yearly thereafter.
